I have only one question - Was this suit in metal(aluminium) in movies or not?
 
From what I understand, in ANH, only the arms and fingers were metal. The shorts and feet were vacuformed abs. After ANH the shorts, feet and hands were switched to a specific rubber compound which remains a mystery.
 
I am very impressed by the chrome and the finish.
I find chrome very hard to work with. Also cost allot to do a fail.
 
One of the best protocol droids I've seen! My fav version is still ANH, and it seems to differ the most from all the rest- primarily with details relating to the legs... Anyway, one of the only things that stands out to me about your fine figure is the angle that the neck rods are at. They should be more vertical... aimed up more towards the face...
 
This is just way too awesome!!! I thought Fett and Predator were tough to wear... I could only imagine how difficult C3PO is! Absolutely perfect suit brother!
