Same thing goes for the AT-AT.  I'd also love to have the AT-AT, but there's no way I could ever afford it.

I don' think Finemolds made an AT-AT....

The falcon looks great, but too darn small. :(

Hehe, we weren't talking about a finemolds one, we were talking about the one made by our friend in the Great White North..

Well- I just got a note from hlj that mine has shipped. It should be here in 7 to ((gasp) 45 days. <sigh> I wish I had sprung for the air shipping. :)

My mailman has just handed me my Finemolds Falcon. :D

Neither rain, nor sleet, nor transit strike... :lol

Today, a nice man with a USPS hat on gave me a BIG box that said www.hlj.com on it. Oh happy day.... :D :thumbsup Now I just gotta hide it...

These things are fantastic, and the small details that need to be swapped can easily be worked up and replaced... worth the money? Oh yes... both of them.

Got mine today too. Still can't believe how huge the box is. And the paint guide is awesome. The thing is great just for the pics themselves.

hey guys, how much was shipping to the states?

i wanna get one of these but i'll get nailed on import duty into the u.k.

cheers

chris

did the shipping box have a customs value of contents on the outside?

thanks

chris

You can also check Starshipmodeler.com's store, overall price is slightly cheaper due to local shipping (about $25)

for buyers that live in "import duty hell" e.g. the u.k.

i e-mailed starshipmodeller and they said if the item wasnt insured then they would mark the package with whatever amount i asked, which was great news.

shipping from the states to the u.k. is 49 dollars

looks like the way to go :)
