It's really nice piece and very detailed but a grand? seems a little steep but then again it depends on the whole quailty of the product imo (it does seem very, very nice though). Was there any word on how many will be made?

It is detailed, but I could have sworn the full size Sauron helmet was wearable and much much cheaper. I mean, the detail on that was crazy too, right?

It is 1/1 so its wearable.
The $999 price is MSRP.
I have seen it as preorder for about $750.

It is a BEAUTIFUL piece! I've loved the design on this guy the moment I saw it...

And it certainly does look like it's wearable...
But wasn't he pretty big in the game?
Like Sauron was rather huge... I imagine that if they're saying it's 1/1 it will probably be "to scale".... thus, VERY LARGGEEEE.... -_-

I'm glad they're producing and importing stuff like this... there's a lot of potential if they continue the 1:1 line (I want some 1:1 Final Fantasy WEAPONS!!!)
