For sale 1:3 scale Stormtrooper hollow resin kits stands once built just under 2 feet comes with holster helmet decal and elastic for belt and boxes what you see in pics is pretty much what you get requires clean up.
Price is reduced as this run is coming to an end too $230 plus $60shipping from Thailand (where they are cast)

I have FINALLY gotten around to finishing my statue.


I made the base by wrapping a piece of scrap round screen around a piece of hardwood painted flat black. I then sprayed the screen flat black and used steel wool to remove most of it, but leave a nice used look finish. I installed two roll pins through it all and left them sticking up to fit into holes drilled into the bottom of the boots. Keeps him in place and looks damn good.

I decide to give him the "used" look.....the dirty appearance that much of STAR WARS has. It's also easier to make a mess than keep a shine

Everything you see is hand painted except for the lines on each side of the helmet cheeks.....the transfer made it easy, but I did trim one line from each side to make 11 vs 12....for a good fit.

There are lots of variation in the Stormtroopers in the movies so who is to say mine is incorrect? Anyway.....I thinks it's pretty good.....esp considering what it would cost to buy such a piece. I decided that the materials used in the holster just would not look scale so left it off - many troopers didn't have one anyway.


Here it is in between the Sideshow Premium Sauron and Fett. It is a good scale....big, but not taking over the room.

looks damn fine well done how did you find the build up? I tried to make it as easy as I could I learned a lot from this one.

Hi Rob, a great item offered here! Pretty tempted to grab one... how much "clean-up" would you say is required? Are we talking hours of sanding/prepping, or do they come out pretty clean from the mold? Cheers, Tarry.

Hi in my opinion there is very little clean up to do everyone as far as I know has been very happy with the castings the resin is hard and would probably be brittle if dropped apart from a couple of in transit damages I think everyones has gone together well.

Some light clean up...........some filling too. If SnapTite models are you thing..........maybe this is a bit much. I'd say the avg builder could just paint and glue and be pretty happy.


I'd say I have something like 8hrs in it....not counting stop for paint to dry and being busy...........that would make it about 8months:lol

The PF one looks like a hybrid of ANH and RotJ, not very accurate. This 1:3 scale trooper looks excellent, really nails the ANH look. If I wasn't maxed out on pre-orders etc I would love to get one of these. How limited is this run?

basically once the molds are dead its over I don't think its worth doing new molds for it as I am currently working on a new sandtrooper .Let me know if you change your mind thanks

Since this is 1:3 you could use the Master Replicas 1:3 E-11 blaster on the statue.
