Filming Locations - accepting the challenge...

Since it seems that finding filming locations is a hobby of some... here's a few i've always wondered about....

been watching Pee Wee's Playhouse on blu ray lately. I know that the end credits are probably stock footage found in a library somewhere, and the crew didn't go out to various locations filming, but I wonder if those spots can be identified and refound.

A few weeks back, I was watching pet semetary "(bit of a mistake even after all these years ).....I wonder if any of those locations are still around...

The Last Star Fighter: I know sometimes film makers make and just abandoned sets... I wonder if that mobile home area is still around, and if they left the game there?

any other filming locations you wish people would track down?

I wouldn't know about the exact spot, but it wouldn't be hard to find the place where the cactus image was taken.

Contrary to what movies often imply, Saguaro cactus really don't show up naturally throughout the southwest. They really only grow in the Sonoran.

Odds are that it was probably somewhere along the Cactus Forest Scenic Loop, though Saguaro national park in Arizona.
