Filed complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) against Alfred Norris

As some may have seen my previous posts regarding Alfred Norris's fraud, this is an update. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center against Alfred Norris for his fraud against me and others. The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a joint partnership between the FBI, White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance. I have included all the details I have on my own case, and what I know of other victims. If anyone has additional evidence against Alfred Norris they would like to provide me, it would greatly appreciated.
