There's a pretty good chance that I can reproduce "The Living and the Dead" in Photoshop if anyone has higher rez images and/or knows what the smaller text says.

Edit: Guessing that Jeffery Jones' fingers are about 4 inches from pinky to index finger I'm estimating the book is 12 inches high by 20 wide.
