I've been getting quite some emails from my Iron Man helmet's Junkyard thread so I decided I'd start a run. Right now I'm in the middle of repairing my mold since it got broken a while back. Is based on a modified Zabana's file with his permission. Right now I'll offer three different options:
1. Raw cast - $110 : A quick sanded down piece covered with a layer of primer. Very much like the helmets I sold in the Junkyard. Some quick detailing might be needed. Ideal for your armor since you can use the same paint you did with it. Ready whithin the week.
2. Finished helmet - $190: Finished and painted helmet with plastic lenses (small gap so you can see through it) and hinge to remove faceplate and upper neck. LED eye installation for $25 dlls. Takes a week and a half to finish.
3. Premium helmet - $290: Fully finished and painted helmet with LED installation and double hinge system in faceplate and jaw. Takes between two and three weeks to finish. This is a video I made for a customer the first time I worked on it:

I'll only be taking 5 helmets per month. I offer economy shipping for $20 dlls with tracking services and standard shipping for $35. I'd need half of the final price as a deposit to start, the other half after before sending, and I can send you progress pics of your helmet while I'm working on it, so you know what you'll get..
