Hi,

Saw two on auction at ebay, one by allclassics-usa, using the lost wax casting method. Made of bronze and weighing 15 and 30 lbs. Very tempting, but wonder how accurate it is.:confused Any advise and opinions is much appreciated.:)

looks cool being real metal and all, but is not very close to the real deal, but I guess its someones "re-created" idol...nice if you dont mind its not accurate, but close

Korbanth is right. This is too big of an idol. I think they say it is 11 inches talla and the real prop idol is about 8 inches tall. Also the sculpt is nowhere near accurate, very sloppy and doesn't look correct at all. You'd be better off getting a resin idol and gold leafing it or buy a Gobler idol

Also, you'll notice the hair goes all the way down to the ground, forming the base. You can see the arms grasping the rear-end on the movie prop.
