Favorite Predator Weapons?

The spear, impaling people with it is so much fun .

I also love the wristblades as that gives me a good chance to see how my enemy reacts to close combat and if he flees or stands and fights like a real warrior, and also skinning people with it B)

Bare hands are also a very good weapon a predator he has as thats how he gets his trophies is by ripping somebodies skull out with his hands.

As you most likely figured out, I'm talking about my favorite weapons to use on things and people from predator: concrete jungle


Those are my top choice, the rest are also preety cool but don't quite rank as high

Wristblades, Self-destruct and Plasma cannon ftw for me. Those are the real hunting tools imho. (Voted for Plasma caster this time.)
I also like the spear, netgun and the old smart-disc (not shuriken), but not from AVP series, all from first 2 Pred movies.

The Strause brothers failed with the whip imo, since such a thing as whip already exists on earth and is not a surprise for us, viewers. Though there is no such thing as a smart-disc nor retractible spear.
I have nothing against the maul nor glaive, but I just dont like this since Wristblades, which are classic, already do the job for close battles.

In game: I loved the the glaive & combi stick, followed closely by the wristbaldes
In Movie: the Spear/Combi, the shurikens & Wolf's whip

I do prefer hand-to-hand weapons...Combi, wristblades, elder swords, etc...but you gotta admit, once in a while, the sound of a plasma caster going off & hitting an alien is just plain cool.
