What are your favorite weapons the Predators use? Mine is the Combi stick and Wolf's whip.

You really should have them listed separately, by movie. Cause I totally adore the AVP spear, but can't stand the one from P2.

The Elder's sword is more of a machete I think, so with that said I voted for the machete, just look at the thing, it looks like it's filled with history, one can only imagine how many kills that blade has on it, how much blood it has spilled and how many heads have been taken with it, a beautiful looking weapon indeed...

There something so primal about the wrist blades, yet also advanced because of the technology used. They're quiet and messy. Gotta go with the baldes.

The Combi from Pred2 for me but Scar and co's hyper extended wrist blades run it close.
Always thought the pump action spear gun from cold war was cool too.

What about the antique pistol tossed to Danny Glover at the end of P2? You know those Preds were doing the Dual thing back in the Wild Wild West. Bwahahahahaha!!

Ahem. Anyway, my favorite is and always has been the wrist blades. Call me old-fashioned, but I think this is why I like Wolverine from X-Men the best. Melee weapons have a...how do I describe it?..."romantic" way of killing someone? You're up close and personal, not far away blasting them with a cannon (not that the cannon isn't sexy, just sayin'). Up close and personal is how the Preds like to kill their prey, in my opinion.

And look how AVP2 ended...wrist blade up through the chin into the skull. That's just beautiful.

And good lord, how can you forget the net gun? P2 and AVP really showed the power of that weapon.

Just to be predictable I would say his gauntlet twin blade, not the ridiculous long ones in AVP, just the standard one. I love the shoulder mounted Pred guns that they have additionally.

Once a predator has the wrist blades and a long range weapon (shoulder cannon being the most efficient), everything else is thingamajig. Also they are both the characteritic weapons of the pred imo.

I'd go with the wrist blades because the movies first made me feel as if the cannon was auto aiming, that would be unfair game and unworthy for a pred. (I've changed my mind about them being auto locating, but still have the unfair impression)


Anyway wrist blades (shorter ones) sound like deadly weapon you must be strong to use, so they are part of the predator impressive nature.

I also like the wrist personal nuclear bomb. Different from what most human would use/behave.
