Has anyone else seen this documentary?

I was browsing through Netflix instant a few nights ago and came across it. Thought I would check it out. Very motivational stuff.

I like a good documentary. I thought it might turn into more of an informercial, but this guy isn't selling anything, he is just advocating being healthier. On the website there are things like shirts for sale though.
