Does anyone know anything about the goggles sunglasses Crichton and Aeryn had in "'Til the Blood Runs Clear"? Has anyone made, or found them?

Here is what I have so far.

Because of shots like this, I though the goggles were all custom made, and that the lenses were something like washers.

Then I found these pics. You can see the reflection in the fist one, and the lines itself in the second one. I'm now thinking that these are made from regular goggles.

This pic shows the group of holes that, further leads me to believe that these are buildups on an existing item. Probably shop goggles, because holes in swimming goggles wouldn't work so good.

Finally, I did notice that John's and Aeryn's goggles are different.

Someone suggested welding goggles a few years back, and that seems likely, but I haven't been able to find any that match.

ive seen a similar type of base goggle at the halloween stores around halloween. there are a bunch of greeblies added on, but those are definetly normal goggles underneath.

I'm still looking for these. The closest I've found is a vintage pair of safety goggles from H.B. Inc. USA. but they still don't look 100% Anyone else having any luck, or any newbies, with new info?

ebay goggles

These look kind-of similar, you could drill out the vents to look like the prop.
There seems to be a zillion different "raver" or "cyber" goggles on there, I'm sure that one of them is close enough.

Still looking for these. I've seen a few that were close, that still make me think the base goggles were found, but nothing quite right yet. I'm actualy thinking of making some from scratch, just as place holders untill I can find the right ones.

I was thinking of use some 1.5" PVC and just cuting out the propper shape for each side, and then drill all the wholes, and cut all the slots. Add some lenses, a strap, and some "do-dads", and see what it looks like. It may be quite a wile before I have the time to do so, but I'm thinking about anyways.

It is possible that the goggles are made by a company called "Big Roc" let me look.

I can't remember the word for it, but the piece that runs horizontally across the bridge of the nose look like it's cut from one of those frames that the parts pop out of for model cars. It's on the tip of my tongue!

Bumping this as I only just discovered this thread and have been trying to find these goggles for a while now. Ofcourse I saw them first over 15 years ago in the Tribe, which was a UK/New Zealand production shot in NZ, and they were worn by the character Zoot. So if anyone has managed to find them since I'd really love to know where!
