I like the retro 60’s look of the movie. I’m hoping that the story is as good as how it looks.

I found this picture. If these items are truly sitting next to each other, and Galactus is 17.5 inches tall, HERBIE would be what? 16.5 tall? So based off the pics of him and Ben at the counter I’m guessing HERBIE is about 2feet tall answering our #1 questions, he’s just under 1:1. Dang it.

I found this picture. If these items are truly sitting next to each other, and Galactus is 17.5 inches tall, HERBIE would be what? 16.5 tall? So based off the pics of him and Ben at the counter I’m guessing HERBIE is about 2feet tall answering our #1 questions, he’s just under 1:1. Dang it.View attachment 1940723

I wouldn't say that promo item is 1:1 and HERBIE is definitely bigger than 2 feet tall, going by the trailer.
Bear in mind Ben is really tall and from these screenshots, HERBIE looks to be at least 4 or 5 feet tall.

I wouldn't say that promo item is 1:1 and HERBIE is definitely bigger than 2 feet tall, going by the trailer.
Bear in mind Ben is really tall and from these screenshots, HERBIE looks to be at least 4 or 5 feet tall.

Keep in mind that Herbie is solidly in the foreground in this picture and closest to the camera, meaning that he's going to appear bigger than everything next to and behind them. And I'm not sure that this photo wasn't a comp job, the shadows under Herbie and Galactus look fake to me so they may not actually be to scale with each other.

Agreed, that is absolutely a composite image, the two items are not on the table together and possibly aren't even real photos but renders. The shadows under each item are not real shadows.
