Family X-Wing project

Hey Folks,

After doing the Imp X-Wing...

I figured that this could be a fun family project, so I bought 3 blanks, told my girls (Wife and Daughter) to go down to the hobby shop and choose some colours and design their helmets on a piece of paper. Well, I got a lot of "Should I do this?" or "Does that look OK" but I just told them to go for it and do what THEY want, no rules.

Well, it was a fun weekend and they're a little different (especially my Daughters, she like flowers and purple ) So here they are...

Sorry to all of you that are used to X-wing helmets, but being an Imperial type person, this is new to me, not to mention that I'm pretty chuffed with the outcome and the fact that we had so much fun doing them together as a family

Thanks guys, I'm pretty proud. It was an expensive project getting 3, but I would do it again in a heart beat, it was so much fun.

Ya know, I managed to get my Wife and Daughter to head bang with me when we pulled up next to a car full of young guys in the city a couple of years ago. Their music was so loud that it must've been entertaining the entire street. I don't know what was funnier, the fact that I got my Wife and 10yo Daughter to do a very animated head bang in nice clothes (we were going out for dinner) or the look on the faces of the guys beside us :lol

I reckon I could talk them into it, actually, I think that they'd kind of expect it from me :$
