So I've been looking for a decent way to make a replica of the colt saa called lucky from Fallout New Vegas for ages. I finally found a great base in the umarex colt saa co2 bb gun. This thing is awesome. Yeah, there's a few minor nit picks, but when aren't there? It comes in several finishes. I got the blued version cause I didn't realize there was a weathered or straight black version. The grips are perfect for my project since they're simulated ivory. Just gotta add the clubs. My issue is the etching. I know jack all about firearms. Does anyone know the best way to etch it that won't ruin the blued finish?
