Saw these for Preorder on Entertainment Earth. They aren't life size, they are "scaled". The full size grapple (with spear) is longer than 7 inches.

Factory Ent has a bunch of other similar scaled props like these up for pre-order.

They are made out of metal. These would make neat desk displays, but that's it.
