A Dr. Strange movie coming out...

Start off with a flat sheet of aluminum bigger than you need (because smaller would just be silly).
Screw it to some wood. Next use a hole saw to cut a hole out of the aluminum and wood

I used a 2 inch hole. Next use the screws to anchor the sheet you are going to pound into shape.

Next, place the shiny, perfect, happy, untraumatized sheet of aluminum against a trailer ball hitch that is anchored.

and SMASH IT! Beat it with a hammer on the opposite end! Rotate it around! Yell at it! Call it names of people who mistreated you!

And the other side should be nicely stretched

Then cut out eye hole and cut to size

As we last left our adventurer...

hole cut out, sanded aluminum.
After making a circular backplate, I used a 1/4 inch bolt for the back, then drilled out the treads to place a circular bead of JB Weld.
The iris is a 5/16 washer, painted blue then dotted with india ink
The cold porcelain for the sclera, for the white of the eye.
Then samiched the eye between the rounded and flat plates, bolted them together. NOTE : I threaded the aluminum for the 1/4 inch bolts
I had done a test run of gold paint before bolting two pieces together
Shave down the bolts, cover the eye, and pain away!
