Experience with Xscapes products?

I'm intrigued by the MKII concept prop kit from Xscapes Sci-Fi Originals. It's a variation on the Star Trek OS phaser by Valkyrie Props. Does anyone have one of these prop kits? Or does anyone have any experience with Xscapes in general? What is the quality of their kits? How is their service? Thank you.

I ordered a TMP Tricorder back in May - as of today, I've had nothing but a drain of my bank account, and a series of excuses. I had heard a series of glowing reviews from members of another board at the time of my order - perhaps my experience is an aberration. I, however, am not thrilled...
