Yea, I made one about a year ago and the hardest part for me was having to locate the exhaust and still get my hand in it.

They had the same problem too. The scene when Ash saws the barrel off the shotgun shows how far out and angled the muffler sits when Bruce Campbell’s hand is in it.

Thanks!!! The flat top from Evil Dead 2 was reworked and reused a one of the saws in Army of Darkness. I haven’t heard if it exists anymore.

Thanks! I rolled sheet metal for the clamp cuffs. And had to manipulate a t bolt clamp by replacing the trunnion with a smaller one I cut down. I made the aircraft fastener nut and made the brackets too.

Yes I am. I have 3 more saw bodies that are the correct model. All I see left on eBay are the Ash vs Evil Dead body style. But of the 3, 2 are going to be Evil Dead 2 raised tops. But a few of those clamps went to friends. The bracket configuration is different on a raised top.
