Looking at getting some more resin, and noticed my old supplier was out of stock. I looked around the net and found www.artmolds.com and was wondering if they are reputable, and if they do you fair on shipping?

Artmolds is going from direct distribution to dealer orientation. That means your service is only as good as the dealer.

Smooth-on uses dealers as well but their line of products is extensive and most dealers handle accounts from hobbiest to industrial.
