Today I saw her in a behind the scenes clip that was released at SDCC. It was SO quick I didn't even realize it the first time I watched it.. then later I was thinking about how 'Kate' was in the movie and I thought I remembered seeing a female elf in the clip... So I went back and there it was; about 20 frames of an elf and YEP, it's her.

Someone told me there were more images of her at Comic Con, and I would love to see them if anyone has them. That costume is really cute.

hmmmmm, I'm thinking maybe her stunt double?

I saw the same production video and thought it could be her, but even as quick as it was, it didn't really seem to me like it was her.
 
You aren't the first to tell me it's a stunt double so could very well be wrong about it.

While the eyebrows do look different - they could have changed them to make her look more elvish.

If it is a stunt double, they found someone with an amazing likeness - especially the smile:

Looks more elvish than Liv Tyler did. When I think of elves, I think tall, really thin, and light hair. Liv is a good actress (Empire Records, Incredible Hulk) but didn't fit as an elf to me.
 
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's her. Someone on the Lost board had doubts too.

MooCricket: Who would you put in there and as what race? Just for fun... We already have an elf and a hobbit on the island.

I can totally see Michael Emerson as a hobbit.
 
the bigger / smile compare pictures have swayed me, I'm thinking its her as well.

did anyone else notice that they are blurring out complete characters and still blurring out other art/items posted on the walls?
 
Is that what that is? I noticed some of the video seemed odd, but I thought it was just law quality. That would make sense because they don't want to spoil all the fun before we see it as they intend for us to see it!

Off topic, but have there been any pics released yet of Lee Pace in his costume?
 
He's playing Thandril, right? I haven't seen any, but I didn't go to SDCC. I heard there were more elf costumes shown there. I'm hoping someone here will share.

Naveen Andrews as an Orc.
Terry O'Quinn as an Elf
Jeff Fahey and Josh Holloway as some of the Knights.
Jorge Garcia as a Giant
Nestor Carbonell And Henry Ian Cusick as wizards.

Those were and still are my favorite characters other than Michael Emerson of course. Come to think of it, the actor who played Echo could make a serious villain.
 
It's hard to recognize her when she has a happy expression. For five years as Kate, her brow was constantly furrowed.
