EVA, silicone and Plasti-dip question

So I am making a foam shield and grabbed some silicone caulk to fill in some seams over the raw foam. I didn’t even consider that paint might have an issue sticking to it. Will I be ok applying a coat of Plasti-dip over the silicone caulk before applying paint? Thanks in advance!
