Eureka TV Henry Deacon’s Coverall Patch sizes

Binged the whole series, again. I’m looking to set up my Standard Duty Coveralls as a knod to Henry Deacon’s Coveralls.I’d like to get the Patch sizes right and have taken my shot at scaling but aren’t really sure.name oval - the most common size is 3.5” x 1.5”, that looks about right per the pictures supplied title tape - it appears to be a standard 4” x 1” name tape sizebig patch - when I scale it with the use of the title tape, it appears to be 4” x 2.5”. HOWEVER, by my eye, it appears more square than that. Maybe 3” or 3.5” tall.could I get a second opinion?

You're best bet is going to be scouring through screencaps and looks for something that's a known size to use for reference. But it not only needs to be a known size, it needs to be roughly in the same plane as the patches for you to get an accurate measuerment.
