ESB Vader stunt in ROTJ?

This is not a new discovery even here on the rpf.
There were more than one perspex neck/cheek helmets made.
This one in particular is the one that people refer to the fat bottom lip mask.
For awhile, people didn't realize that this was a stunt helmet and in an effort to make their replicas appear to be more accurate (cough, cough, elstree vader) they incorporated it into their facemask.

Later it was revealed that the entire reason for the fat lip being there in the first place was only due to the mating of the perspex to the fiberglass and had nothing to do with the original faceplate features.
That must have been a shocking revelation to those makers. :eek
