I agree. With the exception of the helmet it looks like a Rubies suit.

Here is the Rubies Supreme costume stading WITH the screen used vader:

I wish we had more pics of the comparing of the two costumes, but when these two pics were taken they said "Hurry up! You can take two quick photos".
Sorry i don't have more, or better pics.

You would be SHOCKED to see how much the Rubies Supreme costume and the screen used one are alike. the RS is basicaly just a dumbed down plastic version of the real thing. Of course the soft parts of the soctume are pretty different, the hard parts are pretty close. Like I said, he RS is just more palstic with a crappier paint job. Not to mention that the guy in this costume is the correct size to be vader, and the costume just isn't that big. Hence the gap between the choulders and the bottom of the dome.

Thanks for such detailed pics. I think the belt boxes differ a lot on the RS compared to the screen-used version (size, greeblies, etc.).

The lens look flat like the replica MR is offering, but the lens aren't that flat in some of the scenes in the movie.
