Grabbed this kit as something easy to practice painting, started having fun with it and decided to go ahead and do a Fiber Optic pass on it as well, did a quick engine test using .06" fiber, gonna be cool I think! Laying some in the interior as well now. Still working on all the painting.
Having fun with all the weathering techniques, I think overall its going in the right direction, my biggest complaint with it for now is that for the most part the paint chipping feels out of scale and too large/much, especially on the wings, might redo that, although this is a practice kit so maybe just work on it more on the next one-
Gonna finish up the back area and seal this paint up and the do some oil streaks/ light washes in some places next I think.
