Original film & television memorabilia dealer, ScreenUsed, has announced they will be holding an online auction consisting of original props, costumes, and ephemera on July 21st.

According to the announcement, ScreenUsed co founders, Desi Dos Santos & Jeff Castillo, decided to hold the auction because they feel there is a demand for a mid tier auction offering, as opposed to only “million dollar” or “warehouse blowout” level auction items. The auction items I saw varied in price points, with many items in the above mentioned mid level range.

The online auction consists of 359 lots and is being hosted online by icollector.

Registration to bid HERE later today.

There will be many more items up for auction and interested bidders can register to bid HERE at icollector's web site. The auction is taking place online only on July 21st at 10am PDT/1pm EDT.

*edited to include link to registration page.

It looks like they plan on doing these regularly. I'm sure this one will do well and they will continue, which makes me ecstatic. I love the auctions and even though I don't win much, I like to see the going prices as well as throwing out tons of low bids hoping to get lucky.

This screen used auction has a 130 page pdf of the catalog at their site. A lot of very iconic props such as the Rocketeer Helmet, BTTF2 Hover Board, etc. as well as many other very nice props that I think are very affordable.

Also, they will make custom cases with background graphics and custom plaques based upon the prop.
