Enterprise Klingon Disruptor Almost Done!

This one came out of storage about a week ago, as a raw resin kit. It's come a long way very quickly, and overall I'm very happy with the results. There are some gold details I need to paint, and then do some weathering. Other than that, it's just about ready.

I'll have some build up pics and finished shots on my blog when they are ready.

Thanks, and yes. I've been keeping VERY weird hours lately. Been getting very little sleep too. So much to do!!!

I'm going to take a stab at weathering this gun, though I don't have much experience at it. I'll probably do a search through the archives for some tips

Incredible job Matt, the paint is prestine! these pieces really suprise me tge first time I held one, there incredibly big, like hand cannon's!

Great job Matt! The colors really stand up well. Don't "over weather" it, keep it subtle!

Thanks guys! I'm very on the fence about weathering. I posted a few progress pics on my blog, along with a few reference pics. The HMS version is much closer to my base paint job, and is MUCH lighter on the weathering. What I'm calling the "ISS version" is filthy, but looks pretty cool. I'll need to make some decisions soon
