Emperor'e Throne

Not so long ago there was a link where some guys made the Emperor's throne. It swiveled and also had the lighted panels in the arm rests.

Does anyone have the link to that site? I had it but now I can't find it and I was thinking about making the chair.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
