Does anyone have and ideas on how I can get my hands as pictured in the 501st requirements page. I'm clueless to how I can plausibly do this without getting makeup all over my robes.

If you want to avoid make up all together, I bet you could do something similar to Penwiper's Weeping Angel hands. Only you'd have to paint your differently to get the old age look. Scroll down in the thread to check out how she covered her hands.

you can use old age stipple latex.

you make your hand into a tight fist so you a stretching the skin on the back of your hand,then stipple on the latex, when it dries and your skin relaxes, the latex wrinkles lke old skin.
