eFX TIE fighter at SDCC

I'm not close to my TIE, but is this from inside the cockpit?

I don't know obviously. I suppose so as there is no part like this everywhere than in the cockpit… Tanks.

I was asking because from what I know the cockpit hatch is glued. There might be something from the back of the TIE, where the battery compartment is.

The front frame window came of so I can see inside cockpit, but no bond mark…

This sounds like it needs a replacement from eFX

Not for that. I just need the place to go and bond that thing.

Received my Tie 2 days ago, it looks superb and I had no problem whatsoever with the wings screws or alignment! The caps are quite tight, but knowing it, I'll just shave them as needed.

I waited 0 days for mine, a friend had extras, and I just bought it directly from him! I always wanted one, not I gotta finish my X-Wing one day!

Curious to know, the original screen used ANH TIE had a hexagonal hole in the back (where the eFX has the turn on/off button) or it was no hole there?

There was a hole. The rear miniature mounting rod would enter through there.

Yes there was hole on the bottom. Sometimes it had a detailed cover over it depending on the angle it was shot.
