It's more that the travel restrictions prevented people traveling home after said holidays until just recently.

The only thing I'd be interested from EFX is the Scout blaster, as no one so far had access to a screen used one to make copies of. As for the Legend Scout helmet, we already have a true Legend made by RS Prop Masters. Maybe RS will get access to a Scout blaster some day as well, and then the circle will be complete

Apparently ‘Praetorian Blasters’ got a hold of a screen used scout pistol and 3D scanned it. It’s not cheap but is a nice looking rubber blaster.
I’d love to see a metal version with a working button.

Excellent then. I might look into it if RS doesn't do their version. EFX can go the way of the dodo bird, from what I care
Later edit: It seems Praetorian Scout blaster is scanned and also kinda idealized, price is about $150, so not too much. I still hope someone to make a fully accurate Scout blaster with all the dings and warps on it.

All their ordering is done via their Facebook page, you usually contact them via facebook messenger. I did pay for a blaster last October 2019 via PayPal using this email, ’ranger0000006@hotmail.com’ so you could try that email to contact them. They usually reply to the Facebook messenger pretty quickly.

The first excuse from EFX for not making the Scout helmets was: "the Ewoks ate our helmets", now it is "the coronavirus ate our helmets"

Unfortunately, I didn't get a response from that email address. I know I'm in a minority by not being on facebook, but seems a bit strange to limit your sales to just that one place only. Doesn't hurt to have an email contact address to use too does it? Oh well.
I couldn't agree more. I have no desire to be on facebook or any of the other social media outlets and if that means I miss out on some great things then so be it. How hard can it be to have a dedicated site to sell props or at least an email presence where you can deal with potential customers.
Completely irrelevant to me aside from being curious, I do wonder why he was banned.

Hey Art Andrews sorry to bother You but, since You're the only one to help us all (You can see that we are a lot on The RPF to have ordered back in the day the Scout Legend), would You be so kind to ask Bryan and EFX, at least to communicate and answer our e-mails, since we are very worried about the money we invested.
Personally I have no answers about the Mark VII Iron Man Helmet that I ordered along with the Scout legend as well.
It's not a great behavior on their half and this favor we are asking would help a lot of people in the community of The RPF and would be extremely well appreciated!
It's been 6 years since we ordered!

I am happy to reach out to Bryan directly, but I have no leverage to elicit a response from him. I do know that EFX is still trucking along and still producing/delivering products. I know that the scout helmet ran into an insane number of unforeseen issues outside of EFX's control, but that EFX is still working on them and still intends to deliver them. I don't know anything about the Iron Man helmet but would assume the same is true in that instance.
I wouldn't hold your breath, waiting for a response here, because I think it is unlikely, but I will ask.

Since this case affects a lot of our community members and EFX stopped even answering to our e-mails (I tried again no longer than a month ago asking for updates about my two pending orders), and this is something considered really a bad behavior in this community. I thought could be a great move for You to speak for all of us, and give us a little hope, after this black out of comms that lasted for years now. We are definitely in Your hands mate!
