For anyone who has the EFX Tricorder but does not have the cover you can use the MR Communicator cover if you have more than one.

Somebody knows if the eFX tricordes also have the quality issues de Roddenberry ones have? Many of the Roddenberry tricorders have broken door LED's due to poor construction / wiring. (BTW, I have Roddenberry with this defect for sale if someone is interested to get it and try to fix it. It can be done, as far as I heared, but I don't want to mess with it. Here's a picture of how it should look like inside):

I don't believe the EFX Tricorders have the same problems. I've had mine since they first came out and have not had any problems.
