Not trying to sidetrack the thread from EFX.. But to the
QMX one, there's a reason it's smaller then the Studio
models and that was COST....
{ Hell, not to mention SHIPPING ! } :confused
I was the one that created the Pattern for the Enterprise
D and I had many a long discussion on SCALE when it
came to this beastie !
We went back and forth on the merits of the different scales
but ultimately decided on one that we felt was a " manageable "
size. I know many will disagree with that, but honestly your
looking at a VERY SMALL minority of people that would have room
for a 4 foot model in their home. Not too mention 6 FEET !
