I have a "spare" EFX dual signature plaque with plaque holder and COA. A lot of these were lost over the years as a lot of these helmets were defective with cracks, fiberglass gel issues, electrical issues and.... missing plaques etc. So here is a chance to get the dual signature plaque with the COA and EFX envelope and metal EFX signature plaque holder. This is the only spare I have $700 shipped anywhere in the US and will be fully insured. Yes I will ship overseas at actual cost. Sadly Richard is no longer with us so that makes this dual signature plaque a really hard find loose. What you see pictured is what you will get as there is no helmet with this. Thanks GC
