Hi Everyone!
I wanted to give you a heads up on this. This email will be going out to everyone today sometime:
October 25th is finally here!
The eFX Episode II: Attack of the Clones Clone Trooper Helmet goes on sale at www.efxcollectibles.com at 9AM PDST, Saturday, October 25, 2008.
Unfortunately, we have encountered a couple problems with the FedEX system. We have been working diligently with their Tech Support Team to fix the glitches, but it appears that we will not be able to resolve them in time. Therefore, please note the following:
- For our customers in Canada, you will see that International Ground will not be one of the FedEX services offered. Your only options are International Priority or Economy. We know that most of our customers in Canada prefer FedEX Ground service, so we will manually go back and revise your shipping service and credit your account for the difference, if you prefer Ground service. However, please note that your card will be charged with the International Priority or Economy rate (which ever the one you have checked) at the time of the transaction. If you would like to change your service to Ground and receive a refund for the difference, please e-mail Amy at customerservice@efxcollectibles.com and she will take care of you. Please include your phone number and the best time to contact you so that Amy can contact you for your credit card information to refund your account. Our system does not store your credit card information, for your protection.
- The FedEX system is not calculating the correct rates for multiple boxes going to the same address. So, if you would like to purchase 2 helmets, you will have to place 2 separate orders.
- The FedEX system will be down and offline between 7PM and 10PM PDST for maintenance on Saturday, so you will not be able to place an order during those times.
Please refer to our website for complete ordering information and specifications of our AOTC Clone Helmet.
If you have any problems with your transaction, please email customerservice@efxcollectibles.com and we will get back to you to help you.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
