Hi guys,
here's my story:
Back in march I won two seperate auctions by "trekbottles" on eBay. Shortly thereafter, I paid both of those via PayPal. Then, when I didn't receive a package, I tried to contact the seller several times to resolve the situation. I got no response to my messages. Seeing no other alternative, I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal then refunded me part of the money and told me that they couldn't refund the rest because there was no more money on the sellers account.
"trekbottles" then contacted me, apologized verbosely and told me that he was out of town / out of country (whatever) and had just returned. When he came home, he supposedly found my package on his doorstep - my address was (again - supposedly) not correctly noted on it. That's why it was returned to him.
Anyway, I thought "well, this could happen to anyone and I want that stuff.", so we resolved the issue with PayPal and I *again* sent him the money. Yeah, I know what you want to say and you're right. :angry
Well, guess what? No package yet and all of my eMails (sent to different addresses and some of them marked urgent) were left unanswered. :angry Another complaint with PayPal is out of the question because I think they decreased the number of days to file a report from 90 to 45, is that right? In any case, those 45 days are over...
Any suggestions? Did some of you conduct business with this seller? Any problems?
I don't know what to do anymore...
