easiest prop replicas to make?

I dont know if this belongs here or the OT forum, but what do you guys think is the EASIEST prop from a movie or tv show to replicate/buy?

I nominate: The Invisible Trident of Destiny from Kung Fu Panda (yes, i watched the film recently). All ya need is an empty sword or gun rack and youre all set

but seriously, whats the easiest prop to you guys? im interested in your ideas
