E3 Clone Trooper helmets - tight fit

I recently purchased an MR Clone Trooper helmet with the intention of using it for trooping. However, it seems I have a big noggin as it is a really tight fit with it on. My nose is pushed up against the visor.

I don't have much knowledge of fan made clone trooper helmets. Are there any fan made options out that that have a bit more room in them?

PM me with details, if you would like. Thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have.

To be honest, I'd rather have it snug and look smaller. There are acouple fan made ones that are larger, but they start to look very bobble-head, much like a FX stormtrooper helmet. I wear a size 7 3/4 hat and find the MR helmet fights just fine.

You could also remove all the exrta padding MR has inside the helmet. It makes a huge difference whe you remove it. Just add a piece of round foam on the roof of the helmet for confort.

I would say the same.

Im with you there too. I did it for my Rubies Vader lid and it made a lot of dofference.

The JM and MR helmets are almost identical in size, other than subtle differences in the sculpt.

I have two MR helmets and one is slightly larger inside than the other. I can get the one on with a little thinking and the other is just to tight. I can't get it past my forehead.
I wear a hat size 8

I wear a hat size 7 5/8th and its pretty tight. I keep hearing the recommendation of pulling out the MR padding, so I'll probably go that route at some point.
