Question E-mail notification for updates, despite set to "control panel only" on site settings

I seem to be getting signed up for e-mail notifications of quotes and responses, despite selecting "control panel only" in my site preferences.

I'm using Tapatalk for IOS mostly, for Android infrequently. Tapatalk shows no option to accounts for new thread subscriptions defaulting to e-mail notification. Has anyone else encountered this, or have a fix? I like using Tapatalk, but this is cluttering up an already quite busy mailbox.

Oh,... solved. It's under User Tagging - General settings. It has nothing to do with subscription notifications. :behave
