E-11 build...need aome assistance :)

hi all

I want to attempt an E-11 build...have a set of Doopydoo's parts and the pvc tube.
I want to get the cuts in the pvc correct and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a template for all the holes, slots, etc I need to make?

any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
