Dum Dum Dugan belt

Anybody recognize this belt buckle? It's not a standard web belt clasp. The jacket is a WWII M42 with the sleeves removed, but I can't identify the darned belt.

I'm trying to find another source for them. I'm doing Dum Dum in about a month, but was going for a modern S.H.I.E.L.D. agent style, but want to do the show style when I can. These are the same buckles used on his movie vest as well.

Look for a CCE pistol Belt, I found a website that's selling them for about $7 a belt with the buckle. I'll likely paint them or dye them olive Draab green for uniformity.
