Dredd shoulder tabs - found item

Not sure if this has been shared here, but the black plastic tabs seen at the bottom of the shoulder armor on the Judge vests from Dredd have been IDed as the rivet-on ends of an over-molded vinyl handle; part L2842 as seen in Ohi Travel Bag's catalog here:

Side note, for those who are even more anal about getting it exactly right. If you look closely at the bicep strap itself, it appears to be a cotton weave rather than the usual poly weave web strapping. Of course many folks have observed that depending on where the accessories were made,(UK or South Africa) and whether they are background or main actor suits, that could vary. The picture Art provided shows the cotton strap. You can discern the difference if you compare to close ups of the shoulder straps. The weave is heavier in appearance on the cotton version. It would be interesting to know if this picture is of Dredd's suit.
