Easy and fun.....10mm EVA foam, painted and clear coat with clear visor and weathering.

COMPLETE===;)....I didn't go for lots of accuracy, just a fun, easy, fast and cheap material to build with. Something really different than spending weeks and months sanding, casting, glassing etc....never used EVA before so interesting to work with.

I never had the guts to branch out to working with Eva foam. This turned out great though.. nice work!
Thx :D I built the same helmet using a pep file, fibreglass, bondo and rondo and it took forever to finish, I had to sand it for months!!

This is basically a test for me to see what can be created. It's just so user friendly to work with, cheap and fast. I basically used 10mm EVA, because it's hard to get thinner mats where I am, but I've seen some amazing replica props made with more attention to detail and thinner EVA foam, but the results even at this level are very impressive!!
