5.11 Tactical Accessories 59168-019 Magazine Pouch, Glock 20/21, 29/30 Double Stack 45 Black at OutdoorPros.com

I am calling this one close, I have been searching a lot for exact model but no luck. I am going to order two and call it good on these for now.

I'm thinking I can mod it a bit closer, I ordered two and when they get in I am going to go get some small allen head fasteners and etch a line down the middle to see what I can do.

I am waiting to hear back from a buddy that has a Kydex connection. He may be able to make some custom mag pouches. I'll post the information if he can do it.

I'm working on my own set your gonna want quite a bit... plus it usually gets cheaper with the larger quanities.

I'm using the 5.11 Glock mag holders for my kit. Here's a pic of what they look like on a belt with airsoft mags inserted. Pretty good IMO (note the mag holders are both black but the flash made one look dark blue). I haven't decided if I'm going to paint them or just leave them black. They look black throughout the film and only in the publicity shots do they look greenish.

I'm pretty sure they had a green light shining on them in the pics. I I'll probly do black with some brush Stokes of green

I'm pretty sure they are black. The publicity shots are shining green lighton him making them appear to have a green hue to them but in the movie they definitely look black.

I noticed that also, and was wondering if it was just the lighting or did they have a Pre-Production suit in the mix as well.....

Heres the photos from the Custom Kydex maker in SA that made them for the film they are black Kydex Looks like 80 thou (2mm) thickness

That is close enough, although the belt hanger configuration is ever so slightly different in at least one screen used version. Check out the excellent pics provided by a member in his thread in this forum of his Prop Store auction win of the Judge Janus suit and belt gear. This version is a slight improvement over screen used although some folks are fixated on having everything exact, down to the warts and blemishes. You will note that the Janus version has a rather crude stand off block next to the belt hanger instead of the "S" bend seen here. This looks better and still allows for a straight hang over the hip.I like it!

as i said its oen of the ones made by the guy who made the film ones the janus one looks to be the same but the kydex loop has been filled on the side with looks like balck rubber and a leather fold over fitted on the back (guess its was doen by the props guys for some reason ??) bit odd but allows removal without taking the belt off / apart maybe needed in the filming

clearest look at Dredd mags on the film I cans see is when after Lex is shot Dredd takes his spare mags to Replen his

Yes and a couple of Prop Store auction pics show them exactly like the one your guy made , that you are showing. I don't recall anyone taking the mag holder off his belt, but it seems like a funny way to make it detachable.....all you really would have to do is cut the bottom of the loop so it just hangs over the top of the belt. Or use an off the shelf belt clip screwed to the back. Weird ways of the prop people.
