Disney being a rival studio for DreamWorks, I wonder how this is going to affect the future of Star Wars and Marvel toys by Hasbro.

I don't know about the toy side, but on the financial front: The announcement of the potential merger sent DreamWorks stock up but Hasbro stock took a dive. You'd think they'd both do the same thing.
