Dr Theopolis from Buck Rogers

My new quest is to make as close to a screen accurate Dr Theopolis as I can. I do not have much reference material other then Screen captures from the show. Does anyone have actual dimensions or any other reference material for him?

I want to add a motion sensor to activate certain key phrases taken from the show. I also want to make the lights flicker randomly as if he is broken or struggling to operate.
