Yep! They are just upholstery vinyl from the fabric store cut to shape and sewn together.

So-So. The main issue was peripheral vision, but those eye holes were big enough that forward wasn't so bad.

Thanks. It was a great costume and fun to build. I had trouble with the paint, and despite using paint that said it was for rubber, it flaked off badly on the back of the mask where it stretched around my head.

I'm contemplating redoing the head... I might even add some cable controls to make the tentacles "wibble" (is wibble a word?)
