Klingon Security helmet?

This was one of the last things Robert Fletcher designed for Trek, but it never made it into any of the movies. It did show up in the "Star Trek Adventure", make-your-own-Trek-movie thing at Universal Studios though, minus the face mask.

Also, they had similar ones in the JJ Trek movie-
